 It’s been about a year since we contracted, and almost six months out from downstairs renovation. Thank you for your tremendous creativity and expert craftsmanship in building our downstairs. You enthusiastically tackled finding space to build a third bedroom in an originally 900 square food house, kept me informed each step along the way, and allowed only professionals with utmost integrity into my home. You did all this over holidays, in spite of snowstorms, and through the pandemic.

 A condo unit I own was terribly damaged due to frozen pipe bursts from an upstairs neighbor. I was out of state at the time and faced with the enormous task of getting it restored in a timely manner. I received bids from a few contractors, including Steve (Sperro Contracting) who was recommended by a few local folks. I was hesitant about Steve, as I had little knowledge of him, but chose to go with him after speaking with a prior customer who gave a glowing review. It was the best decision I made. Steve is a perfectionist and the result is the best I have seen from a contractor. Every aspect of the job was given his personal attention - from the large (sheetrock, flooring, electrical, plumbing) to the small (switch-late covers & door stops!). He is also, I think more importantly, a patient and kind person. He went above and beyond for me. No request was too small and he did little things that were outside his responsibility. For that I am so grateful. He made the entire process easy and bearable. He also nailed the promised timeline and budget which was a big relief. Steve is also a great communicator which is not easy to find in a contractor. He kept in constant touch, discussed the plan for each day, and walked me through the results. He is honest, trustworthy and delivers quality work. He greatly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him.
